## Description

Sandpiper Cottage is a classic 1950s Gulf Shores beach cottage, lovingly updated with a bright white kitchen, shiplap walls and a screened porch. There's a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a fenced backyard with a fire pit and outdoor shower. Walk three blocks to the public beach or bike to restaurants on West Beach Blvd. Dogs are very welcome here.

- **Pet Fee** (Pet, optional): $125.00 per stay.
- **Damage Protection** (Damage Waiver): $59.00 per stay.
- **Extra guests**: $25.00 per guest per night for each guest over 4 (children do not count).

- **Alabama State Lodgings Tax (TEST)**: 4% of the taxable amount.
- **Baldwin County Lodging Tax (TEST)**: 3% of the taxable amount.
- **Gulf Shores City Lodging Tax (TEST)**: 5% of the taxable amount.
