## Description

A relaxed three-level townhouse on Little Lagoon, a short drive from the Gulf. The main floor has an open living and dining space opening onto a deck over the water; upstairs are a king suite with a lagoon-view balcony, a queen room and a room with two twins. Two kayaks and paddleboards are included, and there's a shared boat slip and a community pool. Ground-floor garage fits one car plus beach gear.

- **Damage Protection** (Damage Waiver): $59.00 per stay.

- **Baldwin County Lodging Tax (TEST)**: 3% of the taxable amount.
