## Description

Room for the whole family in this 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo on the 8th floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom: a king primary with Gulf views, a queen room and a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-full bunks. The updated kitchen has quartz counters and a breakfast bar, and the long balcony runs the full width of the unit. Resort pools, lazy river, hot tub, fitness center and private beach access are all included.

- **Gulf Sands Resort Fee** (Resort): $20.00 per night.
- **Damage Protection** (Damage Waiver): $59.00 per stay.
- **Extra guests**: $25.00 per guest per night for each guest over 8 (children do not count).

### Taxes

- **Alabama State Lodgings Tax (TEST)**: 4% of the taxable amount.
- **Baldwin County Lodging Tax (TEST)**: 3% of the taxable amount.
- **Orange Beach City Lodging Tax (TEST)**: 6% of the taxable amount.
